The completed development incorporates multiple medical consultation rooms, treatment suites, dedicated nurse stations, professional administration areas and an integrated on-site pharmacy, allowing patients to access comprehensive healthcare services within a single location. Accessibility was a key consideration throughout the design, with lift access and thoughtfully planned circulation spaces providing convenient access for all visitors.

Sustainability also formed an important part of the project, with the incorporation of a solar energy system to improve energy efficiency and reduce long-term operating costs.
