House Renovation Richmond
The extension was designed to provide a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating a bright and inviting environment for everyday family living and entertaining. Every detail was considered to combine classic design principles with modern functionality, resulting in a home that is both elegant and practical.
The custom kitchen features premium cabinetry, quality stone benchtops, integrated appliances and a fully equipped butler's pantry, providing generous storage and efficient workspace while maintaining a refined traditional appearance. The soft white colour palette, detailed joinery and carefully selected finishes create a timeless aesthetic that complements the character of the original home.
Throughout the project, Intercorp Developers managed every stage of construction, from structural alterations and extension works through to the detailed internal finishes. Particular attention was given to craftsmanship, quality materials and seamless integration between the existing home and the new addition.
This project showcases our expertise in delivering high-quality home extensions and renovations that improve everyday living while adding significant long-term value to our clients' properties.
