Apartment Renovation Toorak

The renovation focused on reconfiguring the apartment to create a more open and connected living space while maximising natural light and enhancing the overall sense of space. By carefully redesigning the internal layout, the kitchen now flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, creating a modern apartment perfectly suited to both everyday living and entertaining.

The bespoke kitchen features custom cabinetry, premium stone benchtops, integrated appliances and carefully considered storage solutions that maintain a clean, minimalist aesthetic. A generous island provides additional preparation space while also serving as an informal dining and entertaining area. Every appliance has been thoughtfully integrated into the cabinetry, allowing the refined material palette and architectural detailing to remain the focus.

The bathrooms were completely renovated using premium fixtures, custom joinery, elegant tiling and contemporary finishes to create luxurious, spa-inspired spaces that complement the apartment's overall design. The restrained palette of soft whites, natural timber and subtle stone finishes creates a calm and timeless atmosphere throughout the home.

Every aspect of the renovation was completed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the apartment delivers both outstanding functionality and refined contemporary elegance. The completed project demonstrates how intelligent design, quality craftsmanship and premium materials can transform an existing apartment into a luxurious modern residence.
